I'm in the process of looking into teams to race for in 2011. I've ridden with several NCVC members in the Tuesday night sprint rides and Wednesday night hill rides and they suggested I look into NCVC. I'm hoping to find a group of fast, dedicated, and fun racers who want to work as a team and win some big races together. What is the process for applying to race on the team?
