The Spokesman

The Federation of Washington Area Cycle Clubs published a newsletter, "The Spokesman" from 1960 through 1968. Club lore indicates that the FWACC was a direct predecessor of NCVC.

Mel Pinto and Black, Larry supplied these copies of The Spokesman "Voice of cycling in the Potomac Valley"
